Due to the perishable nature of our premium loose-leaf teas and artisanal snacks, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Shipment

    Upon receiving your Té Company package, please carefully inspect the tea tins and vacuum-sealed bags for any signs of transit damage or structural compromise.

  • 2.
    Document the Issue

    If you find a defect or received the wrong blend, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label to help us expedite your claim.

  • 3.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team with your order number and the attached photos; we will review your request and provide a resolution within 48 business hours.

  • 4.
    Receive Resolution

    Once approved, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement of your tea or issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
